Our secondary department encompasses all operations performed on parts after the primary machining step (typically machining a not-quite-complete part out of bar or block on a lathe, screw machine, or machining center), and includes broaching, tapping, milling, drilling, and turning.

We also offer less conventional secondary capabilities like stamping and forming, wire EDM, surface grinding, and 5-axis grinding. In-house finishing capabilities include sanding, buffing and polishing, and bead blasting.

We have close, long-standing relationships with local ISO-certified platers, anodizers, and heat-treaters, enabling us to provide our customers with fully finished components. Our assembly department includes a Class 10,000 clean room, several mechanical and hydraulic assembly presses, and 6000 sq. ft. of floor space, enabling us to provide some of our customers with complete turnkey manufacturing services.
