The Tsugami CNC Swiss screw machine is a remarkable pieceof technology. Capable of 7-axis simultaneous machining, this machine produces intricate, complicated parts complete from bar, with no secondary operations, with amazing precision and dazzling speed.

Like all Swiss Machines, the Tsugami is ideal for small-diameter work (up to 1" diameter), parts with large length-to-diameter ratios, and parts with very tight tolerances and fine surface finishes. Like all CNC machines with live tooling, it produces complicated parts (parts with apparent secondary features like cross-drilled holes, off-center holes, flats, slots, back-side work, milled features, engraving, and so on) more quickly and more accurately than any other piece of equipment. Machining these features in one step eliminates the inherent inaccuracy of machining these features in multiple steps. And like all screw machines, the Tsugami is very fast - in quantities from 5000 pieces to 500,000 pieces, the Tsugami is untouchable in jobs for which it's suited.
