Turning With
a complement of 6 CNC lathes, we have the capacity for a large amount
of high-volume CNC turning, and as a result we're often able to offer
much shorter lead-times than other CNC machining facilities. Our Hyundai,
Haas, and Omniturn lathes range in size and capability from the massive
Haas with 10" diameter chucking capacity and 2.62" diameter
bar capacity to the nimble high-speed Omniturns, capable of spitting
out small parts with an overall productivity rate rivaling conventional
screw machines.

Our
CNC lathes are the ideal equipment for jobs involving tight tolerances,
excellent surface finishes in challenging materials like stainless
steel and aluminum, and moderate quantities. We've run jobs as small
as 5 pieces and as large as 50,000 pcs on these lathes, but most
jobs fall somewhere between these extremes.
