CNC Two-Axis Lathes and Turning

OEP Machining has several two-axis lathes, with up to 2" bar capacity and with up to 8" chucking capacity. Several of these lathes have automatic magazine bar feeders, allowing very efficient around-the-clock operation.
OEP turns parts from a wide range of plastics, like Ultem©, Delrin©, PEEK©, and several other advanced thermoplastics; as well as metals like aluminum, brass, and stainless steel. Typical quantities for orders run from one hundred pieces into the tens of thousands.
Examples of turned parts can be seen at our Image Gallery.
